Week 2

We are learning to write descriptions about a character in writing. We read the book Little Red Riding Hood and all wrote a description of her.

On Wednesday we started Syndicate Jump Jam. We are going to learn a new Jump Jam song every week.

Yesterday we began our painting unit. We learnt that when you mix the primary colours together they make a new colour. Red and yellow make orange, Red and blue make purple. Yellow and blue make green.

Today Room 8 ran the Lower Middle Syndicate Assembly. Millie and Jeremiah were wonderful presenters!! Rylee and Sam were the certificate receivers for Week 2.

Reading

This week for reading we have been practicing plays. Today we preformed these to each other. We all had to work on reading with a LOUD voice and lots of expression ☺
